The heat has arrived here in southeastern Manitoba and that means the Pistons’ corn crop is growing. Arthur Rempel and his team at Kohmar Farms have graciously planted 100 acres of corn near Blumenort for the 2022 Steinbach Pistons Crop Program. Despite the sub-par seeding conditions in late May, the Pistons corn crop is making great progress as the weather heats up.
The team at Kohmar and our sponsors gathered at the field in early July to check in on the crop’s progress as it was being sprayed.
