Two classes from Elmdale Elementary School cheered on the Pistons during their morning skate on Thursday, giving the Pistons an extra boost as they prepped for their game versus the Winkler Flyers.
The Pistons have consistently helped at Elmdale School all year. Eddie Eades and Joe Carney went every week to assist with different things at the school. When Carney was traded in January, Matt Stanley filled his role.
The students were excited to see Eades on the ice and at one point had a chant of ‘Eddie – Eddie’ going from the stands with their Pistons signs going up and down.
