Early in the third period the Titans would extend their lead to 6-4. Camden Smith set up Hayden Stocks with a one timer in the slot, but he fanned on it, and it went right to Briley Wood on the doorstep who tapped it home.

Steinbach would go to the powerplay and would take advantage of that making it a 6-5 game. Parker Jasper made a beautiful back-door feed to Kirk Mullen who ripped it past Lobreau and into the net.

The Pistons would battle hard and find the equalizer at the 13:33 mark of the third period on the powerplay. Amsbaugh cycled the puck down low to Mikan behind the net who made a nice back wraparound and squeaked it in between the pad and the post of Lobreau to make it 6-6.
