Pistons Power Camp 2026
Join us for a week of hockey development at the Pistons Power Camp 2026! Designed for young players who are passionate about improving their skills, our camp provides a fun, structured, and high-energy environment. Led by our coaches and players, campers will focus on improving their on-ice skills, learning what it means to be a good teammate, and enjoying high-energy activities off-ice.
Camp Details
Dates: August 24-28, 2026
Location: Southeast Event Centre
Ages: 7-12 (born between 2014-2019)
Focus: Skill development, teamwork, and fun!
A Week of Hockey and Fun
Our camp is structured to provide development while ensuring every player has a great time. Campers will receive focused instruction to build their confidence on and off the ice.
Daily Schedule (Monday - Thursday):
- Time: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- On-Ice: Two ice sessions daily to sharpen skating, puck handling, and shooting skills.
- Off-Ice: One dryland session to improve strength, agility, and coordination.
- Team Building: One classroom session focused on sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Team Sports: One session of fun team sports at the SEC gym or Woodlawn school.
- Breaks: We provide two light snacks each day. Campers will also have designated lunchtimes.
Friday Fun Day:
- Time: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- The final day includes one ice session, a team sports session, and a classroom session, followed by a celebratory pizza party for all campers! Early pick-up is at 1:00 PM.
What’s Included?
Every participant in the Pistons Power Camp will receive an official CCM Pistons Power Camp jersey to keep! We will also provide two light snacks each day.
What to Bring Daily
To ensure your child is prepared for a full day of activities, please have them bring the following items:
- Full hockey equipment
- Clean indoor shoes and gym clothes for off-ice activities
- A packed lunch (please note: lunch is not provided, except for the pizza party on Friday)
- A clearly labelled water bottle
- Sunscreen for any outdoor team sports
