Our staff have put together a short video which outlines what fans can expect when coming to watch us at the T.G. Smith Centre this season. A reminder that masks are now mandatory for spectators and volunteers at all Hockey Manitoba and MJHL-sanctioned events, which includes Pistons games.
Here are some guidelines that you can expect during Pistons home games this season, explained in our own little fun way!
In today’s current environment, game days will certainly look very different but the Pistons look forward to seeing the fans come through the doors of the T.G. Smith Centre. The team have unfortunately had to eliminate walk-up tickets and revert to season ticket holders only for the 2020-21 season at Pistons home games.
Even though some of our fans may not be able to come watch us live this year, we still need our community teammates to cheer us on. Our radio partners at Golden West will be broadcasting all 40 Pistons games this year on Mix 96.7FM. You can also watch us all season long on Hockey TV.
Hockey TV is a premier high-definition hockey streaming service that allows fans to access each game, home or away, throughout the regular season and playoffs. You can access it from your desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or smart TV. Our feed is equipped with the best viewing experience in the MJHL. Complete with the league’s only multi-camera broadcast/replay video system, it’s like you’re watching an NHL game on TV, but instead, it’s with your Steinbach Pistons. You can subscribe by going to Hockeytv.com. The cost is $249.99 for the entire season or if you subscribe before October 19th, use promo code MJHLPISTONS20 to receive $80 off.
The seating plan is currently being finalized with hopes of starting to print tickets this weekend and have them all ready prior to the home opener next Saturday. Completing the seating plan has been a very rigorous process and we thank you for your patience.
Our team is looking forward to the start of this season and we’re glad to have our community behind us every step of the way.
