The Steinbach Pistons are thrilled to announce a star studded lineup of guests at the 2021 Fire and Ice Banquet At Home Edition.
Our guest speaker certainly needs no introduction. He has been the face of Hockey Night in Canada for nearly 34 years, he is a co-host of Rogers Hometown Hockey and a true Canadian television icon. We are honoured to have Ron MacLean join us for the 11th annual Fire and Ice Banquet. Ron was in Steinbach just two years ago with Rogers Hometown Hockey, and while here, got on the Pistons’ bus, as the team was ready to hit the road for a playoff game, and shared a pre-game message with the guys. This will truly be a special night as Ron brings with him a lifetime of stories that will be sure to take our fans back down memory lane.
If that wasn’t enough, 2020 Juno award nominated country artists the Hunter Brothers will open up the night with a special performance consisting of music and stories. The five brothers from Shaunavon, Saskatchewan all grew on the farm, played hockey at various levels and studied music. The group also happens to be the headliners for Steinbach’s Summer in the City festival coming up in June.
