The Steinbach Pistons would like to congratulate defenceman Warren Clark on being named #169 on Central Scouting’s final draft rankings! Warren Clark (’04) had a strong rookie campaign with the Pistons this season. In 55 regular season games, Clark had 38 points (6 goals and 32 assists) and in 13 playoff games has 5 points (1 goal and 4 assists). Clark’s play and confidence continued to improve throughout the season as he became an integral part of the Pistons backend. Earlier in the season Clark’s hockey ability was recognized as he committed to play hockey at St. Cloud State University, where he will be joining former Piston Jack Rogers. Warren plays a strong two-way game, with a knack for scoring and generating offence but also locking down the defensive end.
Prior to playing for the Pistons, Clark spent the 2021/22 season with the Chatham Maroons in the GOJHL where he got 20 points (6 goals and 14 assists). The season before that, Warren Clark played for the Windsor Jr. Spitfires U16 AAA team, amassing 11 points (1 goal and 10 assists) in 33 games.
Congratulations Warren and the Pistons wish you all the best in your future hockey endeavours!
