Smith named MJHL Recycle Everywhere Player of the Week

Cole Smith of the Steinbach Pistons has been named the MJHL/Recycle Player of the Week, ending February 14.

The 6-foot-3 forward recorded five points (2-3) in two games for the Pistons who sit second in the MJHL with 40 wins and 83 in 52 games.

Smith, who hails from Brainerd, MN, is having an outstanding season, reflected in 51 points (19-32) in 47 games.

The runners up are 18 year old forward Josh Tripp of the Swan Valley Stampeders and 18 year old forward Reid Stefanson of the Winnipeg Blues.
