Cole Plowman Commits To Alaska Fairbanks

Steinbach Pistons goaltender, Cole Plowman, has committed to play NCAA Division 1 hockey at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

A veteran of 95 starts in the MJHL, Plowman is fresh off of a career season in the league, putting together a record of 30-6-0-0 to go along with a 1.81 goals against average and 0.934 save percentage.

This season, Plowman was a finalist for the MJHL’s Goaltender of the Year Award and helped the Pistons reach their 3rd straight appearance in the MJHL Final.

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Nanooks men’s hockey team plays NCAA Division 1 hockey as an independent program. Plowman will be joining former Pistons Braden Birnie and Will Hambley.
