Steinbach Pistons Captain, Leo Chambers, has committed to play NCAA Division 1 hockey at Stonehill College.
The veteran of 148 MJHL games in Steinbach, Chambers scored 50 goals and 78 assists during that time, helping the Pistons to a Turnbull Cup Championship in 2022-23.
In 2023-24, Chambers was named an MJHL First Team All-Star and was a finalist for MJHL MVP and the Outstanding Ability and Sportsmanship award.
The Stonehill College Skyhawks play NCAA Division 1 hockey as an independent program.
